When I went to the Marshall building on October 17, 2015, the second artist I was able to visit was Patrick Earl Hammie. Although we did no have the chance to speak to him since he was out along side his family touring the Milwaukee area, we were able to find out a bit about his work. He is from Connecticut. And his art work is mostly about racial equality. Creating self portraits using charcoal and drawing the people that were once in his life or still are, and printing the charcoal portraits. Also, uses western techniques within his artwork. Even though he has many artwork, only 4 to 5 of them were in the gallery, therefore I did not have the chance to inspect all the beauty of his art. lastly, uses oil on canvas medium.
